REX LARRY

Born and raised in the diverse ancient landscape of Papua New Guinea, Rex Larry is an indigenous screen-printing artist who specializes in producing drawings and prints on tablecloths, clothing and curtains.

With a distinct perspective of the world around him, Rex has a strong desire to promote his culture and his identity through his artwork. Rex is wheelchair-bound, but that does not inhibit him in any way. Living as a Person with Disability (PWD) in any country is a challenge but in PNG it remains a very difficult existence. Rex is amazing.
